Booking and Confirmation-
All bookings made through Pickuprides.com are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and an electronic ticket (e-ticket) is issued. We recommend that passengers carefully check the accuracy of their personal details, travel dates, and destinations during the booking process. Mistakes such as misspelled names or incorrect passport numbers may result in denied boarding, and Pickuprides shall not be held liable for such errors unless our system or agents caused them.
Pricing and Fare Conditions-
Pickuprides provides a range of fare classes, each featuring unique luggage allowances, a refund, and flexible policies. Unless otherwise noted, the base price, any taxes, additional fees, and government charges are all included in the rate that is shown when booking. It is not possible to change the fare once payment has been made. Certain cheap or special airfares may have limitations, such as few or no choices for date adjustments or refunds. Before finalizing a reservation, we advise all travellers to study the pricing details.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds-
Travel itinerary modifications, cancellations, and refunds are all possible, but they are contingent upon seat allocation and the terms of the original ticket. Apart from any rate variations, fees could be imposed based on the type of ticket. Different fare classes have different cancellation rules; some may offer either complete or partial refunds, while others are completely non-refundable. If appropriate, refunds are processed using the original payment method and, depending on banking procedures, may not appear for up to 21 working days.

A code-share arrangement may allow our partner airlines to operate a portion of Pickuprides's flights. The policies of the operating airline, such as those pertaining to luggage, check-in, and in-flight amenities, may be applicable in certain situations. Travellers are urged to check the policies of both carriers where appropriate, and further details about the operational carrier will be sent throughout the reservation procedure.
In-flight Behaviour and Safety-
Travellers are supposed to behave civilly and obey all flight attendant directions. An individual might be denied boarding, removed from the airplane, or face legal consequences for engaging in disruptive behaviour, which includes physical or verbal harm, disregard for safety procedures, or activities that put the aircraft or fellow travellers at risk. Our first concern continues to be every traveller's safety and well-being.
Delays, Cancellations, and Force Majeure-
